Guided tours through the Wunderkammer and the current exhibitions can be booked anytime through our guided tour service art:berlin.
Audioguides for adults and children are available from the front desk for free.
Our audioguide for children makes a visit of the Wunderkammer an unforgettable experience with exciting stories and matching musical accompaniment. Pupils from our partner school, Gustav-Falke-Schule developed it working with musician Juliane Tief and art historian Sabine Lata.
The workshop “Amazement, Discovery, Understanding” send the children on a journey through the Wunderkammer Olbricht, where rare treasures, wonderful and old from Renaissance and Baroque times but also something new can be explored. The children get to know mythological figures and classical handicrafts from different countries and can also experience materials in a haptic way. In the practical part, the students independently create a concept of a Wunderkammer and implement it creatively.
Detectives and explorers are invited to our scavenger hunt through the Wunderkammer Olbricht. Our young visitors can use their heightened senses to playfully get to know the artworks. At the end of the scavenger hunt, our front-of-house team scores the returned questionnaires at the ticket desk. Of course, there’s a small reward for anyone who successfully answers all the questions! Prior registration for the scavenger hunt is not necessary, and the hunt can be started at any time. The scavenger hunt questionnaire is available in German, English and French. For younger kids the support of the parents is recommended.
